From your Zoom profile settings, switch on the Closed Captioning option

Go to your profile setting:
- Click on In Meeting (Advanced)
- Scroll down and enable the following options: Automated captions, Full transcriptSave Captions

From within your Zoom call, activate Closed Captioning

During a Zoom call, click on "More" (represented by three dots) in the bottom bar and Select "Captions"

Choose "View Full Transcript"

From the right hand panel, click "Save Transcript"

From your dashboard, click on  "Upload transcript" button on the left hand panel

From the upload file panel, browse your files to find your saved transcript or drag and drop it in the area

For best results, make sure that you upload a transcript that includes the participants' names.

Click "upload transcript" at the bottom of the page to start uploading your file to Briefly
