To use Briefly with a Zoom Pro account, follow the instructions below
Go to your profile settings > recordings and toggle cloud recordings
In your profile settings > recordings check the box to save closed caption as a VTT file
During the Zoom call, click on "More" (represented by three dots) in the bottom bar and Select "Captions". Note that de-activating CC will stop the transcript.
During the Zoom call, click on "Record" button and select “Record to the cloud”.
Please note that if you are not the host, you will not be able to use Cloud Recording.
In that case, you can use the Briefly transcript manual upload option after the call.
After your call ends, the transcript and AI summary will be automatically available in your dashboard.
