Using Briefly During Meetings
Start your Google Meet
When you have your next Google Meet meeting, Briefly appears as a sidebar.
Start and pause your transcript at any time during the meeting.
If you prefer not to see the transcription in real-time, you can minimize Briefly.
Using Briefly During Meetings
Ending the call
To end the call, make sure to use the red hangup button on the bottom of the screen.
Configure Language Settings
Set your Language
To use Briefly in a different language, simply change the closed captions language in your Google Meet settings and your transcripts and summaries will be set to the spoken language.
Closed captions don’t need to be visible on screen during your call for Briefly to work
Accessing your AI Summaries
AI Summaries via Email
After the call, you will receive an email with your AI-generated summaries.
Check your spam for an email from briefly@brieflyai.com if you aren’t getting your emails into your inbox

Via your Chrome Extension or Sidebar:
Open the Briefly Chrome extension or sidebar.
Click on the "Past Calls" tab to view your AI summaries or resend the email to your inbox.
